    If you don't have health insurance, you can still receive a free flu or COVID shot.

    · Conley’s Pharmacy will administer both flu and COVID-19 vaccines on-site.

    · Pre-registration not required.

    • High blood pressure and blood sugar are leading contributors to early death and other preventable diseases in the United States. Our nurses will check your blood pressure and blood sugar to make sure you are in a healthy range. They can also educated you about important steps to take to manage your health. 

    • Test your vision, and find out if you need vision assistance. If you do, we can set you up to meet with local eye care providers.

  • Have questions about health insurance? Need help applying for Mass Health or Health Connector? A health insurance specialist from North Shore Community Health Center will be available to answer questions or help you with the application process.

  • Speak with a social worker who can help connect you with local resources.

  • Get connected with our partner ministry, ODIS (Open Door Immigration Services), which provides affordable immigration legal services to navigate the immigration process. You can find out more about them on their website:

    • For all parents of newborns and young infants: meet with our certified breastfeeding specialist to discuss breastfeeding or postpartum concerns

  • Available for kids or adults in need of a haircut.

  • A warm meal will be provided to anyone who comes to the clinic. Our chef will be cooking up a delicious free meal!

    • Childcare for children under 3 will be provided during the wellness clinic
